Maxwell Builders Welcomes New Director of Business Development in Denver

We are proud to share that Mark Steller is our new Director of Business Development. With a strong background in Colorado’s construction industry, Mark will be an amazing addition to Maxwell’s team. His experience, leadership, and deep relationships across the market further strengthen Maxwell Builders’ position among the leading builders in Denver and trusted Colorado builders.

A Proven Career in Colorado’s Construction Industry

Mark graduated from Colorado State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, building a strong technical foundation early in his career. He has been part of some of Denver’s most respected construction companies, where he developed extensive experience in preconstruction, project management, client relations, and market strategy within the competitive construction Denver landscape.

For the past 12 years, Mark served as Director of Business Development for Galloway, a nationally recognized architecture and engineering firm. In that role, he supported strategic growth initiatives, built long-term partnerships, and initiated and cultivated new client relationships across market segments. His experience working alongside design and construction teams gives him a unique perspective that will benefit our clients and partners.

Building Strategy Through Authentic Connection

Mark is closely watching the broader shifts shaping Colorado’s future. “I’m keeping an eye on how Colorado counters its challenges, affordability, social ethics and regulatory environment, to return to positive in-migration and to again attract businesses and investment”, he explains.

Joining Maxwell also represents a meaningful return to his roots, what he did early career and what he went to school for: construction management.
